This is the official webpage for Purdue Men’s Ultimate Frisbee. We are a club sport at Purdue and compete at the collegiate level. We have practice from 5:45pm-8:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. During the fall, we host a home tournament and travel to two away tournaments.
Men’s ultimate is for all players of all skill levels. No experience is required, seriously, none is required. One of our current captains, Jacob “Specs” Fella, came to Purdue with no prior ultimate experience and now plays professional ultimate for the Indianapolis AlleyCats and Team USA. The club emphasizes growing and developing new players as well as honing the skills of players with little prior experience.
If you are interested in playing ultimate at Purdue, we have practices at the Black Fields by Follett’s Bookstore. In order to participate in practice, you need to have a concussion baseline test on record with Purdue Club Sports. For more information on concussion testing, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have a concussion test, show up to practice with a white shirt, a dark colored shirt, water, cleats, and all your friends.
